Rates: include all taxes and fees, linens & towels, room cleaning every third day, as well as nightly security. 
Deposit: 50% of rental rate is required to hold the reservation with remaining balance due two months (60 days) prior to arrival date.
Damage deposit: refundable $300 deposit.
Cancellation: Cancellations will be honored 60 days prior to arrival with full refund less $100 administrative fee. After 60 days refund is provided if any days are rented.
