To ensure a seamless and worry-free stay, Villas de Playa Grande is supported by a trusted, professional team both locally in Costa Rica and remotely in the United States. Our staff works together behind the scenes to maintain the villas, assist guests, and ensure every stay meets our high standards.
Co-Hosts & Guest Support
Our dedicated co-hosts coordinate guest arrivals, assist with local questions, and serve as on-the-ground support throughout your stay. While guest communication is streamlined through the booking platform for clarity and continuity, our local team is available when in-person assistance is needed.
Housekeeping & Property Care
Professional housekeeping and maintenance teams ensure each villa is meticulously prepared prior to arrival and well cared for throughout the year. Attention to cleanliness, comfort, and detail is a core part of the guest experience.
Security & Night Guard
