A mediterranean style layout features lower level rooms opening onto the garden courtyard and upper level rooms with ocean views. Furnishings and decor are contemporary and comfortable, many custom-made from local hardwoods. Bedrooms are decorated in fun colorful themes. Every room offers ensuite bathrooms

 

Terrazzo tile floors flow throughout the interior and spill out across the expansive wrap-around verandas. A 180˚ view of the pristine coastline is provided from both levels.
