Our unspoiled location is truly one of the most unique vacation spots in Costa Rica. Playa Grande “big beach” is a 2 mile-long crescent forming the Las Baulas Marine National Park, a sanctuary for the nesting giant leatherback turtles.  The warm blue waters and honey colored sand of coastline offers more open space and privacy than any other beachfront community on the Pacific.

This beach has been awarded the coveted Bandera Azul Ecológica (Blue Flag) yearly since its creation. The Blue Flag is an environmental award, given for maintaining water and coastal quality, as well as a pristine environment.
